This video provides an analogy comparing a SIEM solution to a shopping mall using simple language to make the concept more relatable and easier to understand.

Challenge

I was tasked with developing and updating training for our partners. Something that was missing from the current content was a way for partners to engage with their customers to make the SIEM more relatable and easier to understand.

Solution

I created this video after reading this analogy written by a customer after he was asked how he describes the critical need for a SIEM solution to those who might not be well-versed in cybersecurity.
